By enrolling in a workshop or utilizing the web services of Fran's IT Learning (https://mobaxterm-lite.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Educational Purpose
Fran's IT Learning provides instructor-led technical workshops, hands-on lab environments, and practical IT education. We do not sell commercial software licenses or keys. Students are responsible for utilizing free community software editions or licenses provided by their respective employers.
2. Trademark & Independent Operation
MobaXterm® is a registered trademark of Mobatek. Fran's IT Learning is an independent educational workshop facility and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mobatek. Reference to MobaXterm is solely for descriptive curriculum identification purposes.
3. Bench Capacity & Payments
Workshop benches are strictly limited to 12 students per cohort to ensure individualized instruction. Seats are allocated upon receipt of full payment or corporate purchase order.
4. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- Full Refund: Written cancellation received at least seven (7) days before the cohort start date qualifies for a 100% refund.
- Transfer Credit: If you must withdraw within 7 days of cohort commencement, you may transfer 100% of your tuition credit to any upcoming cohort within 12 months.
- After Class Commences: No refunds are issued after the second session of any workshop.
5. Lab Workbench Acceptable Use
Students are granted temporary private access to cloud Linux servers for course-related exercises only. Any unauthorized scanning, distributed attacks, password cracking against external networks, or abusive traffic will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, USA. Any proceedings shall be conducted in Cass County, North Dakota.
